Toys & Games Category | Gated for 1 listing and ungating for everything else

Prior to last prime day, I’ve updated a toy listing backend search term, Few minutes then Amazon set them inactive, asking for “Apply for category approval”

I’ve applied for category approval, Keeps getting automated form of:

-The Declaration of Conformity and product package images do not pass our view.

To allow us to continue processing your application, please address the following issues:

Image of product label or packaging ：Document must meet the following requirements:
• Include CE marking
• Include model number, product name, or both
• Contain name of the manufacturer
• Must include all sides of the packaging

Declaration of Conformity must meet the following requirements:

• Show compliance with the most recent EN testing standard with dates
• Contain name of the manufacturer
• Include product, trademark or model number
• Include binding signature from empowered person(s)

I’ve applied again ensuring Every requirement has been met but got the same reply.
I’ve created a pdf file includes Every requirement and the picture below highlighting that all asked requirements are met. (Such as CE marking, model number … etc)
But still gets the same reply above.

Note that Only those 5 ASINs are requiring category approval (Toys & Games category), while my other listing under the same category are active.
As well, I uploaded another item in the exact sub-category, and it went through and I’m able to list/sell under that category.

I called seller support, explained everything and showed them that the category is ungated and i do have other listing active. as well, showed them even the category approval case is getting denied for not meeting the requirements, while all requirements have been clearly shown and met, and he was speechless but submitting an internal ticket.

Again, the new case with the internal ticket got replied/answered/closed by different seller support with off-topic reply.
Then I called again, opened it again and made sure the ticket still active and waiting for an internal team reply, and got another off-topic reply and case closed.

PS. All my cases in category approval is being refused with automated form, ends with “Chinese seller support” signature

What to do?! Any help would be highly appreciated.
