Help! Trying to set up a simple store is a nightmare in the UK

Hi! I have been struggling for years to set a store up. I am just a single individual, selling to raise money for a Charitable Incorperated Organisation in the UK. This is where is becomes a nightmare. If I try to register as the charity it asks for a load of things we do not have in the UK as a CIO. If I register just on an individual account and as a sole proprieter is still asks for all the following, none of which are relevant or exist in the UK in my situation:

Business name, used to register with your state or federal government

Company Registration Number

Registration Extract

Registered business address

As an individual person, how can i answer these questions?

You're not an individual person If you're acting on behalf of the CIO.

If you are just setting up an account to sell off your own second hand items and are then choosing to donate those funds, then the CIO is irrelevant and you just need to set up personal selling account.

If you are operating as a business that is unrelated to the CIO, then you need to register with HMRC and you will get everything you need to give Amazon.

If the account is specifically for the CIO then it is their account and needs their details.

Some of this will require your registration with Fundraising Regulatory and the Charity Commissioners registration number if you as you a business trading as a charity. You say "not have in the UK" so need provide "NEET" Vat registration as the £90,000 Turnover rule does not apply to Overseas or Business owner resident is overseas. The £90,000 exemption rule is for UK residents and a lot of accountants can't seem to get to grip with it. Yes there are a lot pitfalls selling

on Amazon and its a Maze which seem never ends.
