Sleepwear Compliance Requests for non-Sleepwear products

We had this same issue last August but it is happening again, annoyingly on the same products too. We are now being asked for compliance documents for sleepwear products on ASIN's that are very clearly not sleepwear products. Back in August 2025 it got resolved by a Moderator on here escalating the issue as it was going round in circles with seller support, is anybody else seeing this issue again?

Honestly it's happening (this and the same for other categories) for lots of sellers and I really don't know how to get it resolved. Our non-toys have been flagged as toys, the seller support person on the phone agreed that they're not toys, but there's nothing we can do as the system has flagged them so we need to test them?!

We've tried opening cases, spoken to support, done declarations - nothing.

None of it has worked despite seller support saying on the phone that she agreed they were not toys. I was told pretty much to the word over the phone that although it is clear my products are not toys - the system has flagged that they are so there is nothing that can be done and we will need to stop selling them. The products in question are being de-listed despite us having stock in Amazon warehouse. Pretty appalling tbh.

Hello Kai,

I have been through this process quite a few times. I even submitted the appeals with the exact wording that seller support told me over the phone - this would, they ensured me, be sufficient to get the warnings removed. However, this, like everything else, did not work.

Basically, I have spoken to very people through Account Health who all agree that the products are not toys - yet nobody can direct me to ANYTHING other than filling in the documents that get me the same copy and paste refusal every time.

Thanks.
