We are new to are new to Amazon but not to the World our late father invented the first dual handle stunt kite known as the Peter Powell Stunter Kite in the mid late 70s it out sold lego won toy of the year and sold millions around the World. We have carried on his legacy and before his passing we launched the MKIII and began rebranding and launching a new version. We have been selling the kites for the past 10years and still sell around the World. We have often considered selling on Amazon so thought would try it “however” despite submitting all the literature/identification they require they won’t activate the account. Which is causing concerns as we are are established business, but yet Amazon keeps saying, not enough information here’s a check list what we have submitted: Business banking, driving licence, letter of authorisation, proof of address, companies house certificates, share agreements, invoices, utility bills, attended online identification (which we were told was accepted by the custom service person. We are running out of ideas and not getting any answers. Can anyone help ??
