My account was deactivated in error and I wish to appeal your decision and reactivated my account.
My decision to appeal is as follow
1. Please kindly allow me to provide the correct documentation required
2. Please kindly allow me to correct my Business and Contact information through my seller central for any potential mistakes that may happened during the process of submitting the relevant information on my seller central and on the DAC7 form
3. Let me know if you need any further documentation that is required and I do not have it so I can provide to you any additional documentation you may need

You have now started 3 threads about your account deactivation - which technically is against forum guidelines. Although you have tagged in several forum mods they cannot reactivate your account, and it was not their decision. " I wish to appeal your decision " . They do not have the ability to do what you are asking.
