Brand removed from Brand Registry due to 'abusive conduct'
Good evening,
I am the owner of a trademark which I registered in 2023 and have had it enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry since then.
Last Saturday I received an email from BR stating my brand has been removed from BR.
I have since appealed this decision as I've got zero idea what is going on/why this has happened.
The products I have listed under my trademark are still visible on Amazon and have my removed brand listed as the brand on the product details.
I'm getting nowhere with BR and it's getting very stressful as I need this matter sorted ASAP before we hit Q4.

We have had the same for our brand - no idea why - we are the legal owner.
It is criminal that Amazon will not tell you why, so we can check and do something about it if required.

I know very little about Pokémon, but I can see you have Pokémon products branded "The Toy Box". I can imagine this causing issues. Do you have permission from whoever owns the Pokémon brand to rebrand these? Some items say "compatible with", but again, do you have permission to use the Pokémon brand name and logo on these?
e.g. "The Toy Box® - Tin Bundle - 100 Assorted Pokemon Cards, 1x Rare Ultra Shiny Card & Game Coin Compatible with Pokemon TCG" the tin has the Pokémon logo and the suggestion is that the contents are new original Pokémon, with just the coin as compatible and your authenticity card. Would that be correct?
There are several reviews suggesting cards are fake or used, some crossed out as FBA.
