Missing Prime badge in search results
I noticed today that many of my prime listings (not small and light) are missing their prime badge on both the search results page (on both mobile and desktop) as well as the listing page where you would see the badge when picking which option you’d like. At first I thought it might just be a handmade thing since things are often screwy in our category, but after looking around I’ve seen this issue on listings from other sellers in other departments as well so it seems to be a more widespread issue.
Has anyone else run into this issue before, and have any ideas on how to resolve? This is the worst month to have the prime badge not appearing on listings! Thanks for any advice.

Well this sucks - I just heard back from support and although they sent a novel, here is the relevant paragraph,
“Why is the Prime badge missing? We are always working to improve the customer experience by clearly communicating our delivery promise. In some cases, we may remove the Prime badge on offers from both Amazon and sellers with slower delivery. These items continue to be Prime eligible and display the “FREE Delivery” message.”
I changed zip codes to NY, and the badge does appear back again so that does appear to be the correct answer. My item isn’t showing the prime badge in certain parts of the country because AMAZON is going to take forever to fulfill it? Isn’t the whole point of FBA to offer fast shipping to ALL Prime customers, not just those living in a few select urban areas??
