Account health after fake complaint
Hello Everyone
A fake product complaint was received on my account. My list was closed, after I sent the necessary documents, my list was opened, but the account health dropped to 190 points how can I get my old score back ?

From your post i understand you have questions regarding your current account health rating.
In the case of a successful appeal or dispute, we reverse the policy violation and its corresponding impact on your account health. Points are deducted from your score each time we find a new policy violation, and added back when you successfully address that violation. This means your rating should have returned to the same score before the complaint was received.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your rating to be updated. If your score remains the same after that time period you may utilize the call me now button in your dashboard to reach us.

This was part of our problem with the new Rating with regards to low volume sellers.
Either <200 means something, and being able to drop below 200 after a single violation shouldn’t happen (especially if it’s been remedied), or being <200 doesn’t matter in which case why scare people with it?
If you have higher volume and a higher rating, you can absorb some of this without dropping into the “bad zone” and it doesn’t feel so bad, but it seems like the number just causes unnecessary confusion and panic.

a wrong policy another seller slanders me to sell more and my product is closed my store health is declining and even though I prove it my health is reduced… in this case the scammers win the slanderer wins
