How long do Prime returns take to restock?

Had a unit returned to prime 20 days ago, but I cannot find any info on return or status

If its not returned at all, amazon automatically reimburse you after 45 days

Do you mean returned to a fulfillment centre for FBA? Has a refund been issued? This is done on first scan. You will then know that the item is in the process of return. If a refund has not been issued, it is likely that the customer has started the process but not physically returned the item yet. Depending on how busy FC’s are, the process can take 3 or 4 weeks but can also just take a few days.
