Read onlyThe below is basically the above but in more detail.
I've got a main selling account on Amazon called Mood Essential Oils, which I've had for 8 years. It was a major part of my income. A few years back, I had another brand with a separate Amazon account called Aura EO, linked to a different business in another part of the country. Unfortunately, Aura EO didn't do well in sales, so I stopped selling on it. During that time, though, a customer made two authenticity claims, and because I didn't respond, the account got deactivated.
Fast forward to now, and my main account, Mood Essential Oils, was suddenly deactivated. I had no idea why until I called Amazon, and they told me it was because they linked me to the Aura EO account. They said that to get Mood Essential Oils reactivated, I'd have to reactivate Aura EO first.
So, I logged in and sorted out the issues with Aura EO, providing all the information they asked for. I even got confirmation emails from Amazon saying I could continue selling the products that had the violations. But here's where it gets really frustrating – despite doing everything they've asked, my Mood Essential Oils account still hasn't been reactivated. For months now, I've been getting the same automated reply saying I haven't provided enough information, even though I'm doing exactly what they ask. I've even called them, and they told me to provide a specific invoice, which I did, but nothing has changed.
The truth is, I don't even want the Aura EO account back. I only care about getting my main account, Mood Essential Oils, reactivated because it was such a crucial part of my income. But now, I'm completely lost and don't know what else to do. If anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it. I'm at my wit's end here.

sounds like they don’t like the paperwork you provided- was it a proper invoice from the manufacturer/authorised wholesaler- which is all they will accept.
There is no other answer other than to get the original account reactivated and then close it. This is how Amazon works.
Hey there @Seller_6dUMu9il0v5rO,
Thanks for the thread!
What is the current status of the account now?
