latest payment statement incorrect

Hi, anyone had any problem with today's payment statement? Mine looks completely inaccurate, I checked the transaction statement and it looks like it is missing around a weeks worth of sales. This has led to Amazon not keeping anything back as a reserve which is even more odd. Really strange, not had this before. If it is an Amazon error it is really worrying how this could happen, I have not changed anything my side. I have created a case, waiting for Amazon to respond, they did not have an immediate explanation.

Fingers crossed the error is found quickly, for my sake.....

Theres another post about this I think your on about. Its very worrying as all our orders we are dispatching are vanishing into thin air and not being added to the account.

We are in a similar situation - just the account level reserve and a tiny amount of sales showing up. This new DD+7 policy looks like it will hold back a weeks worth of payments, which will affect our cash flow - meaning we get half of what we were expecting come 2nd October.

I can't find any correspondence warning us about this or see it in the 'news' section, but I did find something on forums about being able to get an extension to put back this policy till Sep 2025. You have to email eu-uk-reserve-policy-extension@amazon.co.uk and your case will be evaluated apparently - but it can take up to 6 days to get a response - which is rubbish.

I have emailed and raised a case but heard nothing back yet - if any mods can help it would be greatly appreciated for those of us with tight cash flows

Hello, we are having big issues with the summary report for september. Sales dashboard indicating usual sales, also our Shopify backend is showing usual FBM numbers, but the summary report looks like we lost a lot of sales last month. It seems like a lot is missing in the report!

I am glad we are not the only seller noticing that issue.

I am kind of glad it is not me just having the same issue.

My seller app and business reports are all showing sales were good for September and pretty much the same as August. However, the disbursements report is shows sales revenue of £17k less for September, and therefore less payout to myself.

It is only when I went through the transaction view of Payments>Report Repository>transaction view for September I could see there was no sales transactions for Septemer 17th-23rd, even though these were my busiest days for sales according the app and business reports section.

Has anyone been able to get this resolved?

I think this is a result of the DD+7 changes and the use of deferred transactions.

Sales now go into the deferred list for 8+ days before moving to the released list. The date column, in the released transaction list, is now the date the order goes from deferred to released. This makes it a bit difficult to tract orders through the process.

It also means the date column, in the "all transaction statuses" view, means different things depending on the status: Sale date for deferred transactions and date released for released transactions.

This has resulted in everything shifting forward by a week or so, and the September figures looking about 7 days short,

We have the same issue. Missing transactions from 11 September - 19 September but Orders are shown in the All Orders Report.

I understand you see inconsistencies on your payment cycle from 23/09/2024 - 07/10/2024.

I confirmed there is no reserve payment on that cycle and decided to contact the internal team for clarification on this payment specifically.

There is not a specific time frame for resolution, but I'll keep you post it on any updates.

we have had the exact same issue - been going round in circles with Amazon support but just getting generic replies.

Has anyone had it sorted or know why/what has happened?

Our summary for the month on the reports repository is at least £20k down and the account reserve level gradually dwindled down to £0 also,
