Read onlyMy sellers account has been deactivated because Valid Tracking Rate. How do I put this right? Thank you.
Amazon don’t say they will deactivate accounts for low VTR but will stop the ability to sell in categories where VTR is low.
So is the account actually deactivated? Is there anything else on your performance notifications?
As for the VTR issue, a lot will depend on how you are currently sending your parcels. What service are you using?
do a ODR appeal and account will be activated i have done it same thing hasbeen happened to me

Hi Ash,
I went to performance notification as you suggested and this is what it said:
"We regret to inform you that your account will be disabled and you will no longer be eligible to sell on Amazon.com due to your failure to provide identity video and documents during recent verification period.
If you wish to continue selling on Amazon, you shall complete the identity verification. To reactivate your account, please proceed with the process by referring to the invitation email previously sent to you. Click the link included in the email to start verification and follow the instruction provided."
It refers to an email previously sent to me but I could not find it. It may have been accidentally deleted. It talks about Identity video and documents, but I sell on an occasional basis (I am not a business), a DVD here and there, and that is it.
Can you help me? I have been selling on Amazon for 14 years and I have never had a problem before.
Thank you, Ian Williams
