We are the only seller of our products on Amazon US, and are the brand owner and manufacturer. We currently have FBM listings that sell hundreds of units a month, yet any new listing we create automatically does not have a featured offer / BuyBox.
Our account health is great, and have no pricing, operational issues or other warnings. When asking amazon support or account health we get a zero helpful information on what is needed to solve this issue. We get a copy/paste response of "we cant tell you why this is happening" and send us a link to a page giving vague guidance on how featured offer eligibility is determined.
Can we please get a manual review of our ASINs to get the buybox reinstated?
