Today I have received the policy violation issues ,You have shipped age-restricted products without using a permitted Age Verification on Delivery (AVD) service as required by Amazon policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your products comply with all applicable local laws and regulations and with Amazon’s policies.

How were you shipping them?
Because you basically need to ensure you are shipping those goods via a delivery service that adheres to age verification on delivery (ie, the buyer has to show some form of ID to receive the goods).

Did you get authorisation to sell products that requires Age Verification?
There is an email address you have to message to get such authorisation before you list.
If you did get the authorisation - can I ask how?
I bought some silver plated cake knives that are required to be delivered using an Age Verification service so added such a service to my RM account. Trouble is, despite emailing Amazon several times at the address they give under the policy no one ever replies. SS just tell me I need to get authorisation but ignore the part where I say I have tried but not getting any reply. As such I have not been able to list.them.

Why would you be surprised at getting that message when you are selling age restricted products? The legal age to buy vapes is 18. How do you manage to prove that you are selling to 18 and over if you don’t use an age verified courier? Amazon moved all bladed items to FBA only so that they can control the age of buyers. I’m surprised they haven’t done it with vapes.
