Mods Help Needed to Reinstate my account

Our account was suspended due to a discrepancy in info between Companies house and beneficial owner. We have since rectified the issue. However, our account is not reinstated and we always get automated responses to every case we create. We ask the Mods to look into this issue and help us get our account back. We can provide whatever document is needed for verification purposes.
