I cannot access my account
Hello, my account has been disabled. I successfully logged in a few hours ago, but now I encounter the following error message:
"Your account is inactive
You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."
Please help.

I clicked the “Continue” button and instantly reactivated the account. The issue is resolved.

For the credit card, update it on the BUYER side first. Wait at least a few hours; then if you can log into your seller side, you should be able to chose it from the list.
Also check your messages and e-mail; there may be something telling you more info.
