Changing Labels from 4x6 to 4x4
Hi,
I’m SFP and I have the account set up with DPD. Recently I sent an item Royal Mail and the labels in buy shipping changed to 4 x 6.
I’ve since gone back to DPD for other shipments and the default is 4 x 6 and not 4 x 4 as per usual DPD labels. Does anyone know how to change the shipping label back to 4 x 4?

It will be in the printer set up its most likely defaulted to 6x4. My brother sometimes switches between a4 and a3 depending on what I printed last.

Hello,
The printer is correctly set up to 4 x 4, it’s the buy shipping services in Amazon that seem to be pulling through incorrectly.
Does anyone else use DPD SFP and have no defaulted to 4 x 6 or are your labels still populating 4 x 4?
Support are saying the new default is 4 x 6?
