Hi, some time ago our brand registry on Amazon disappeared from the registry, as a result of which we are forced to re-register the brand. Does anyone know what could be the reason for this?

They denied me the brand registry application explaining me this

Our investigation team uses both publicly available information as well as internal resources to verify trade mark contact information. In this case, we could not locate any contact information that meets our requirements.

Although we cannot guarantee enrolment into Amazon Brand Registry, we encourage applicants to ensure the following:

1. All business information is kept consistent and up to date everywhere their business information is registered.

2. If there is an attorney or representative associated with the brand, make sure this information is displayed on the trade mark website with the registered trade mark information whenever possible.

3. If there is an email address associated with the trade mark, make sure it is a valid email address.

Note: This does not mean your registered trade mark must display an email address. We are aware that some trade mark organizations do not display rights owner contact information for privacy reasons.

After you ensure the information above is accurate and up to date, please reapply for Amazon Brand Registry.

Can somebody help me and explain me which extra information should I send them?

Hallo, bei Amazon sind wir registrierter Reseller einer Marke, diese ist auch in unserer Brand Registry eingetragen. Trotzdem werden immer wieder Listungen mit dieser Markennennung gesperrt wegen angeblich möglicher Markenverletzung.

Wir mailen dem Support dann einen Screenshot unserer Brand Registry, ein Duplikat der Einladungsmail vom Markeninhaber und ein extra Dokument vom Markeninhaber, das uns erlaubt, die Marke und alle Bilder, Texte usw. auf Amazon zu verwenden. Als Antwort kommt immer der gleiche Text, wir sollen das Angebot ändern und die Marke entfernen oder Kompatibilitätsbeschreibungen hinzufügen...

Und das X-mal hintereinander. Scheinbar weiß niemand dort so recht, was die Brand Registry ist und wie sich diese auf die Markenverwendung auswirkt. Extrem zeitaufwendig und nervig das Ganze! Normalerweise sollten Marken nicht mehr gesperrt werden, wenn diese in der Brand Registry eingetragen sind und die Bevollmächtigung eindeutig nachgewiesen wurde. Amazon - hier bitte nachbessern!!
