I have been "warned" for copy/pasting responses to seller support
(something we have never ever done)
"Unfortunately, reopening the case and copy pasting responses will not lead to desired outcome and may cause you escalations related to behavior issue."
Update:
I replied back and they have now said
"We are sorry for the resolution provided in the previous email, we acknowledge that you have not copy pasted any message."

Wow - the irony of receiving this from Seller Support whose entire operation relies on templated responses. They don't lead to the desired outcome either.
In fairness they did apologise when I challenged them,
but maybe their apology was a copy/paste
