Letterboxing or pillarboxing?

I Hope you are doing well.

Its been few days now I am submit a page for Amazon Store. Despite changing the pictures multiple times I am getting the error stated that Letterboxing or Pillarboxing is not allowed, can you help?

Sounds like the images might be the wrong size or shape -

Can you share the images you are trying to upload? Letterboxing or pillarboxing is akin to the black bars you get on films in 4:3 or 2.35:1 ratio.
