Copying listings from UK to rest of Europe

What is the easiest way to copy all my UK listings to the rest of Europe? I still want to keep all my inventory in the UK.

Thank you

The easiest way is to activate PAN European FBA because Amazon will then create the listings for you automatically.

The real question is why?

If you aren’t PAN European people won’t be able to buy off those listing anyway. Also if it’s your own product I would advise against it. I have listings in Europe which Amazon created and the French one has attracted a neg review because a Chinese seller is selling some cheap rubbish on it.

However, if you are determined to go ahead you might be able to do it by temporarily setting all your stock to zero or setting it to FBM so that nothing can be shipped outside the UK. Then once your listings are created you could turn off PAN European.

You do this entirely at your own risk though because it’s possible Amazon might ask for VAT number simply for turning on PAN European. Maybe someone with recent experience can clarify.

The first thing you should do is check if the products you’re selling are already available on the other marketplaces. If they are (and they are exactly the same as your products, including the branding), then you can list on those listings that have already been created.

If not, then you need to create the listings yourself, with the translations. If you don’t want to be registered for VAT in 7 countries, do NOT use Pan EU as suggested.

I find the easiest way is to use the bulk upload files - fill in all the required information, and upload. Then when you need to do this for another country, just add the translations where the English text is in the spreadsheet, make sure the browse node is the right one for that country, save as a separate file, and upload that version. Once you’ve got the hang of it then it’s quite simple for all the other countries.

You can pay Amazon for the translations, but personally I think their translations aren’t very good.

Wow really? Is OP VAT registered in all 7 required EU marketplaces? You will be breaking the law and putting your account at extreme risk if you do this.

The easiest way is to use the Build International Listings Tool (BIL- Pro accounts only)
Have the UK as your source Marketplace and link make a connection to the other EU target marketplaces.
All offers from the source (UK) will automatically be created on the other EU marketplaces if the ASIN already exists there.
