FBA Listing Stuck as "Out of Stock" Despite Inventory at Warehouse

Hello Amazon Seller Community,

We are facing an issue with our first FBA listing, which continues to show as “Out of Stock” despite our inventory being delivered and received at the fulfillment center 2 months ago.

Inventory is fully checked in at Amazon’s warehouse, but the listing remains unavailable for purchase.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken (Still No Resolution):

  • Opened multiple cases with Seller Support (latest ID: 10858442752) – they escalate but give no real updates.
  • Checked VAT compliance – all numbers verified and correct.
  • Deleted and re-uploaded the listing – waited 48 hours before re-listing.
  • Switched between FBA & FBM multiple times via upload and manually – no effect.
  • Closed & relisted the listing – still "Out of Stock."
  • Checked Account Health – status is Healthy (Green) with no restrictions.

Support provides no useful information or resolution timeline.

No clear escalation path beyond the "concerned team" that keeps investigating.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?
