We recently encountered a problem with the Automated Feedback Removal Manager.
The buyer's feedback in its entirety, and I quote: "Item is described as 40mm and luxurious, it is not, it is flat, will not brush up and is more like 20mm, it doesn't drain very well and is losing grass."
The entire feedback comment is a product review. It should have been very clear to the "Feedback Removal Manager" that the feedback should be removed. But they rejected my request to appeal in a matter of seconds!
And there was no way for me to reopen the case can any of the moderators help?
