Amazon Return Label Charges
hi
can anyone shed any light please
make and ship my self , free shipping wedding slippers in various styles ,I hand make these although not in handmade section of amazpn as not been able to transfer unless i end listings and lose my history.
I charge £6.645 a pair, pay around £1.20 to ship one pair or £2.65 parcel click and drop, yet for any returns i am being charged £3.45 from amazon when a customer wants to return. today a customer who changed her mind sent 5 pair back in 1 parcel yet amazon issued her with 4 labels and charged me the £3.45 for each label, total £13.80 , so basically i am paying the postage to send was a parcel £2.65 and £13.80 for her to return total cost to me £16.45,
does not make sense, in returns i have not option to reduce from the refund its greyed greyed out,
and also unable to change from amazon supply paid label to i will supply it myself
anyone help with this, as i can supply return labels for much less via royal mail click and drop
anyone from Amazon on this to help as im now paying to work

It’s Amazon policy that they issue the return label and they set the rates. You are only charged for the labels when they scanned by the courier. Did the buyer put all labels on the one package?

There is actually an exemption for Handmade. It’s worth checking about migrating over - I assumed that you’d keep the same ASIN and therefore reviews.
