Over 35,000 active companies at the same registered address as yours. Either it's a Tardis or you only get a fraction of a second a day use. More likely it is a virtual office used to look like companies are UK based , when most are not, and evading VAT.
Amazon don't recognise virtual offices as proof that companies are established in the U.K. (i.e. physically operating from here, taking deliveries, sending orders, managing accounts, filing paperwork, able to host a Tax inspector when they call, etc.
I would suggest the charges are VAT that Amazon are deducting from your funds and paying directly (eventually) to HMRC. Does it say something like Marketplace facilitator against the charge?
I would suggest changing the address on Amazon to the one you actually operate from. If it is outside the U.K. then you will have these charges on sales. If within the U.K. you will have a better chance of stopping these charges if you change the address to where you operate from, and even prevent being suspended from Amazon, as it seems many have already been.
