Error 8572 - Support asking for things that don't make sense
Hi,
Similar to others with this issue:
- I have a registered LTD company
- This LTD company has a GS1 account, an Amazon Seller Account
- I have Brand Registered my new brand
- I am trying to setup my products in Amazon but I'm met with constant 8572 errors
I am being asked by Support to provide a letter from the brand (ME) saying the LTD company (ME) has approval to list these products. Even though it's ridiculous, I wrote the letter and it was rejected because it didn't have a 'seal' (what is that?)
Can someone with authority please assist and get me out of this loop, I've tried multiple cases, anything I can to get this fixed and no-one is reading what I am writing.

I fixed the issue in a typically ridiculous Amazon fashion.
I created a simple website with my product details (EAN and images) on it, and added the business details into the footer. I then shared the same content as before alongside the link to the website.
This finally got it approved after weeks of issues.
Posting here so others who have the same issue can see.
