'Invalid Tracking' on all DHL tracking numbers
We are currently supplying orders to customers using Royal Mail tracked services and DHL, however we have a terrible performance metric on ‘Valid Tracking Rate’ because ALL DHL tracking numbers are being deemed invalid.
When we run a Defect Report on the Invalid tracking numbers, you can literally copy and paste the DHL tracking number and track it with all the relevant information.
Has anyone been able to successfully contact Amazon regarding this? I always get automated responses and we have no idea how to rectify this issue.

Valid Tracking Rate is one of the performance metric that is in place to gauge the order fulfillment percentage. It is important as the buyers are informed about the order status when you provide tracking numbers.
