Catalogue listings incorrect, SS not helping. I keep getting the same response :- Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

Our records show that you do not sell this product. We can only review your detail page requests after you have created a listing for the product. If needed, here are the steps to create a listing:

1. Select Add a product from the Catalogue drop-down.

2. Search for the product you want to sell on Amazon within the Find your products in Amazon’s catalogue section.

3. If you locate the product that you want to sell, perform these steps:

a. Click on Show variations (if applicable).

b. Select a condition.

c. Click on Sell this Product.

d. Enter your offer details in the provided data fields

e. Click on Save.

How can I list it as the sizing will be incorrect.

I have just opened a second product page to be changed as sold one of the bras, i messaged the buyer to see if size was correct, amazon have it wrong again, I had sold a 42D but buyer wants 42DD.

Its us sellers who get penalised if we get it wrong. I seem to be going round and round in circles. I have also attached numerous times the LOA. Please help

Amazon's catalogue is a total and utter mess. It's laughable really that Amazon 'choose information from a variety of sources for the best customer experience'

All of my adidas listings have become suppressed due to Color and Footwear Size attributes required despite the attributes already filled out.

Soon realised product listings are suppressed due to brand authorisation which is incredibly frustrating because this is the only brand I sell and I have successfully acquired brand authorisation (and catalogue approval) previously.

Now, it seems tricker to get the catalogue approval again because they now respond saying that the ASIN already exists on Amazon and to submit an offer against the ASIN - but I can't because I haven't got the brand catalogue authorisation!

This couldn't have come at a worse time for us because we were about to place a new order with our supplier and now we're concerned that we won't get the brand approval back.

Meanwhile, I have found an adidas product not listed on Amazon and applied for Catalogue Approval with this product and waiting for them to get back to me.

Has anyone managed to resolve this? Some people saying it is just a technical glitch.. I hope this is all there is to it..
