Read onlyHi,
My account was deactivated two months ago, and I received an email informing me to upload invoices and my supplier chain details to the inventory department two weeks ago. I sent all the required documents to Amazon on the same day, but unfortunately, I have not received a reply since.
Today, I received another email from Amazon stating that my inventory will be disposed of if I don’t provide the invoices within the next 15 days. It seems Amazon hasn’t received my email at all (even though I sent it twice).
Since my account is deactivated, I have no way to contact Amazon directly.
I have inventory worth around £15,000, and I don’t want Amazon to dispose of it. (I cannot create a removal order.)
Has anyone experienced this kind of situation before?
What should I do?
TIA
This is a duplicate of your previous thread below - technically against forum guidelines. I assume because no-one responded that they cannot help. Am sure Amazon will have received your email, but everything is so very slow to get any response.
