It is what is states and it does happen, you just have to leave it a while and then try again or raise a new case.
Have you tried chat or emailing them? I actually find emailing gets you far better results than trying to use the phone or chat system, call handlers will have you chasing your tail and forwarding messages that get lost in translation on anyway.
