How do we allow a US distributor to sell our products?

Hello,

We mainly sell in the UK and EU, but we would like to collaborate with a US distributor to establish our brand on Amazon US. We have already sent them a permission link to our brand via the Amazon Brand Registry, which has been granted by Amazon.

How do we ensure the two brands are linked and that they have the same store?

Do we need to connect the US trademark registration/serial number to our existing trademark registration?
