Amazon has recently been claiming non receipt of inbound inventory

Very recently I have been having issues with amazon claiming that inventory is not being received on a number of shipments. To date over the last month there have been 6 shipments with a total of 40 asins missing and when I have raised these issues and provided details of purchased inventory they claim stock is not received and close the case.

This inventory is well over £500 in terms of value and the issue is continually happening as I have just had another shipment claiming no inventory being received.

Customer services are absolutely fantastic as usual and I cannot continue sending inventory for it to not be received and then for me to bare the cost of magically vanishing inventory.

An ideas how to stop this from happening and get reimbursed as if this is going to continue 1i cannot afford to continue selling on this platform

If yes, you can submit a claim regarding your shipment.
