Getting 5855 generic error on all products we try to list which are branded and we're approved for - obviously a system bug

Seller support not helpful despite numerous cases and interactions, even escalated to "leadership team" still asking for photos then confirming we're ok to list and wait 24 hours.... been ongoing for 14 days

I'm encountering error code 5885 while trying to list a product on Amazon. The error message states that I cannot modify the product detail page or add offers on another seller’s generic product. I've tried following Amazon's guidelines but am still facing issues. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you resolve it?

I believe I’m compliant with Amazon’s policies, but I'm still unable to list the product. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to report violation - branded products listed as generic ( to eliminate competitors who cannot add product)

I'm tired of nonsense robotic answers from seller support

which type of violation I must choose from the abuses columns( I'm not the right's owner, I just want fair trade)
