Tried to sell an item but I cannot, getting an error because its generic, so I create a case and tell them

me: I want to sell this item

Amazon: send us pictures

 me: here u go

Amazon: regret to inform you this is not a generic product

me: yes it is the same product as the picture, but the listing is wrong, can you please change the listing then 

Amazon: yes send us a picture of the item 

Me: I already did but here u go again

amazon: regret to inform you this is not a generic product

Me: yes I know that can you please change the detail page to the correct brand name 

amazon: Plz send pictures

Me: here you go all the pictures so you change the detail page

Amazon: regret to inform you this is not a generic product

New seller here, its almost 3 weeks I cannot believe this is the seller support........ I thought Ebay was bad....holy sh%%

i wish to send my first product to Amazon FBA And choosing amazon partner Delivery company UPS ..

i was drop off collection location and my item is still the drop off location 4 days ago .. was calling ups and the drop off store.. but no ones can giving me any reason why my item is still there 4 days ago..

so can someone help me please any advice ?

cancel this shipment and create an other one ? but i think may i have to paid the fees ?

and if create an other Shipping label then the SKU or ASIN number will be changed ?

because i was labelling all my items with the ASIN numbers already .. so i don't really know if cancel the shipment label and create an other one will be the SAME ASIN Number ?

I have recently printed off the FNSKUs and stuck them onto my products. (A fair few products taking a long time).

When filling out the shipment plan, it states manufacture barcode required. Does anyone know how to change to Amazon barcodes as it is not giving me the option to on the shipment plan.

I would think it’s strange that it would be manufacture barcodes only for the product considering it let me print item labels?
