I still need help with this, I am just going in a litreal circle with amazon, over a matter so so simple...
Tried to sell an item but I cannot, getting an error because its generic, so I create a case and tell them

Amazon: send us pictures
me: here u go
Amazon: regret to inform you this is not a generic product
me: yes it is the same product as the picture, but the listing is wrong, can you please change the listing then
Amazon: yes send us a picture of the item
Me: I already did but here u go again
amazon: regret to inform you this is not a generic product
Me: yes I know that can you please change the detail page to the correct brand name
amazon: Plz send pictures
Me: here you go all the pictures so you change the detail page

New seller here, its almost 3 weeks I cannot believe this is the seller support........ I thought Ebay was bad....holy sh%%
guys please give me ideas, how can I add this product????? I cannot keep going in circles.... I actually think these idiots are sitting in a room and just laughing at me at this point...... there is just no way, they are so stupid.......
