How to make a product non-returnable, only replaceable if damaged

Hi guys,

I can see some sellers list products as non-returnable, and only replace if they arrive damaged.

I understood I can’t do it in FBA but can in FM.

Can please someone help me here?

Are you talking about products where the usual return rules don’t apply, such as products with customisation?

I don’t think you can and that would also go against consumer rights for a refund if it arrives damage. (Whether you want it back is a different matter)

Also on amazon I would never do it that way too many times we have sent replacements only for an a-z be opened as damaged.
