Product Condition Note
Hi
I have just listed my first products and thought that I had put a condition
note on them but when I have checked the active listing it is not there. I listed my items as new because they are but some are factory sealed and some are not so I just wanted to be totally honest with any potential buyers The items are books and I have added them to listings that are already on Amazon. Where am I going wrong? Any help would be much appreciated as I also can’t find a way to message Amazon for help!

You can’t add condition notes to new items. New is supposed to not need an explanation.

You are far better asking on here - there is a wealth of knowledge from long-time experienced sellers, often far more and better than Seller Support…but if you do want Seller Support - go to ‘Help’ at top right of your seller homepage.
As Demel says, if you list items as ‘New’ then you are not able to add any condition notes -amazon deem that as the item is new is should not need any condition description. The only way round it is to list as Like New, and state that it is actually new but missing factory seal…or whatever.

Another important point is that new also means you’ve bought it from a wholesaler/distributor with an invoice. Buying retail with a receipt means its now ‘used like new’ on Amazon
