Lost UPS Parcel
One of my shipments to CWL1 appears to be lost. There is nothing in the tracking since the pick up scan on 2nd September. Our packages are picked up by Tamworth depot so normally the tracking is updated later on the same day to say received at Tamworth.
I have spoken to UPS who say the package is lost but I need Amazon to raise an investigation with them.
Seller Support tell me there is not a problem and it is just taking longer than normal for shipments to be received. Although the tracking shows absolutely no updates since the 2nd September.
What is the best route here?

After only 4 days i wouldn’t be worrying. UPS also have a habit of declaring Amazon shipments to be lost when they just haven’t been properly scanned.

I think you’re probably right its lost but some of my parcels do seem to be quite slow at the moment so there is a chance it might magically appear next week

It could potentially be either.
The good thing about PCP shipping is that you are covered in the event of loss of shipment and Amazon will reimburse you the full amount of your product, you just need to show invoices where the items have been purchased in the last x amount of day.
Have you tried the Seller Support live chat system? I find that is more helpful than just creating a case and waiting a day or 2 for a reply.

I have found UPS tracking for FBA items to be dire at best in the couple of shipments I sent (so not a huge pool to pick from)
UPS claimed to still have the parcel for days after Amazon had receipted the items in and started selling/dispatching them, however I’ll admit there is usually more on the tracking details to that, even the Label Created has “Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.
United Kingdom” under it.
