Address for shipping for supplier quote
Hi,
I am new to FBA and am getting quotes for products from suppliers. They have asked me to provide an address so that they can give me a shipping quote but I am unable to find what address to give them?
Thanks

The address of Amazon’s warehouse where to ship your FBA inventory will be provided to you when working on your shipment.
Since you are a new seller doing FBA, you will firstly need to carefully review all Amazon help files, which include detailed instructions, videos and guidelines concerning every step of the process.
Start with the general FBA help page:
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/help.html?itemID=53921&ref=ag_53921_cont_home
Here you can click on the terms highlighted in blue to read more if there is something which isn’t clear to you or in case you would like to learn more.
Also, if you are going to import goods from outside the EU, you will need to have an EORI number and be the importer of record. VAT registration will be necessary is any country where you wish to store your FBA inventory but aren’t a resident.
Research whether the products don’t violate anyone’s intellectual property rights and keep in mind that you won’t be able to attach your offer against someone else’s established private label ASIN but you will need to create your own one, using your own barcode purchased from GS1.
Be prepared that Amazon may request you to provide them valid invoices to verify the authenticity of your inventory anytime, without any prior complaints from customers. Chinese invoices are rarely accepted, that’s why it would be better to start with some products purchased from EU/US manufacturer’s instead.

Although I would suggest taking time to investigate the procedure doing direct shipping to FBA.
In terms of giving them an address I usually find if I haven’t set up a FBA shipment (Thereby giving an address) then warehouse address is usually sufficient.
I would also possibly suggest you look for an independent shipping agent as you will find your costs decrease significantly and you also then have a point of contact to find out what is going on with the shipment and not having to go via the supplier. I can provide you a reliable freight service I use that saves significant amounts of suppliers shipping fees.
Finally doing FBA direct from China is a risk with a new supplier as you have no idea what the quality of items you are receiving are like. I tend to insist that they send me an sample unit FOC via AirExpress so that I receive these prior to them getting to FBA. Depending on the quantities and costs you can get inspection services but for small quantities these are not worth it.
