Brand Connie N Randy -- error 5885
This seller Connie N Randy's is taking items from Big box stores and using the brand name "Connie N Randy"
The issue is that several years ago, I listed a Ruz branded item manufactured by Asia Pacific and Connie and Randy had this item on Amazon with their "brand".
Here are some examples...
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RWL2FMS Actual Brand "Holiday Style" owned by Dollar General
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09WZD28JBActual Brand "Holiday Time" owned by Walmart
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084Q1MGNK actual brand "Wondershop" Owned by Target
The problem is (should be) very simple. I want to change the shipping template for this item, but I receive the 5885 error BUT there is actually a brand "Connie N Randy".

To be clear. I have this item listed. The listing is active. I do NOT want to make any changes. I simply want to change the shipping template to another shipping template.
SS wants pictures showing that the item is generic. It is not generic.
I can give them images showing that it it Ruz branded, but that is neither generic nor Connie N Randy.
Any suggestions?

Congrats on finding a seller who is doing RA by using a brand name not in USPTO on products with trademark brand names on listings where some images are clearly altered to remove the visible brand name.
Clearly, this seller is violation several Amazon policies which include misrepresenting items when listing.
The item you wish to list is a Ruz branded item and that brand is in USPTO as trademark registered.
If you have sourced your item through the proper channels AND have (or can get) a LOA from the manufacturer AND can provide Amazon with images of the branded item with images of the packaging showing the GS1 UPC code, then you would create a NEW listing for the product. You would NOT create an offer on the listing showing the brand name "Connie N Randy".
Amazon will eventually catch up with the listing using "Connie N Randy" and anyone using that listing will have issues when Amazon catches them.

Hey @Seller_0xdtD36hDLHBC, the other seller on this thread is correct here. Have you indeed sourced your product through authorized distributors with valid invoices, and can provide a LOA?
