Is there an issue with Amazon?

Is anyone else having issues dispatching orders? I’m trying to dispatch using Royal Mail Second Class Signed For and I keep getting the following message We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with this tool and are working to resolve the issue. Please refresh the page and try again in 15 minutes. I have been trying for over 2 hours and know that if they aren’t dispatched it will ultimately put my account at risk as I have a small amount of orders. Is anybody able to help? I’ve already opened a case with seller support is there anything else I should be trying/ doing? Thanks
