ASIN not showing up in 'all departments' when a customer searches
Hi All,
I am having an issue with one of my ASINs.
When i search relevant keywords or the ASIN number in the search bar with the default, ‘all departments’ selected, the product listing does not show up.
However, if i select the category from the drop down box on the left of the search bar the listing shows up for both keywords and the ASIN number.
As most of us know, 99% of Amazon customers do not select a category from the drop down box when searching and just type in a keyword query. Therefore, this is a huge issue for product discoverability.
This is a fairly seasonal product so need to get this resolved ASAP. Any input or advice would be much appreciated.
Side note: The ASIN is fully compliant with Amazons listing policies as we audited the listing recently.

I have 100% same problem. Have you got any solution? Amazon help is doing nothing in this problem. They just say it’s a Amazon system and we can’t do anything. Optimize your listing.
It’s only shows through Campaigns. After spending £1000s to maintain rank hoping that it’s show soon but nothing. It’s still at Rank 17 in the main category.
Please help.

I was getting the same response from seller support but after calling them several times i was finally told that my ASIN had been incorrectly flagged as an adult product. This was removed from the ASIN but took a few days to be processed.
