Account deactivated
Hello,
I am a newseller on Amazon. I created my account a few months ago. Now I wanted to start with my business and there is a problem with the reactivation of my account. They need documents (see below) from me. I provided the required document and my account is still not active. I had my document translated by the translator registered in the List of authorised legal experts, interpreters and translators of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. I paid a lot of money for that translation and I simply keep getting the same answer by e-mail robot every time I sent this document, even though I think that the document meets all the requirements. I don’t know what’s wrong with the document and I can’t find anyone to get help, because when I tried HELP in the account it was no use and of course, there is no contact I could use to write them about my problem. Is there any person to help me with this problem? Enclosing a photo of my problem down below.

Is the credit card on your account valid ?
Was the utility bill in your own name and home address and one from the list they provided ?

The home address and company address are the same.
Yes it is.
My credit card is assigned to all EU markets except Poland and Sweden.

Do you really think that this might be the problem when it comes to reactivation of the account? Because there is a problem with these 2 markets… when I submit information about my bank account this occurs. But only on these 2 markets, the others work. Any idea how to fix that without changing the name or do I have to change the name? Will it change the name of the bank account holder on all markets?

Ok, done… Shall I now submit the document for verification of the account? How can I assign Sweden and Poland marketplaces when the statement from the previous message keeps poping out?
BTW Thank you very much … finally some progress

I tried to reactivate the account by applying the document and it was not accepted. I have my card valid in all EU markets (in charge method). The only thing I do not have is - not assigned Sweden and Poland marketplaces in Deposit methods. Do you guys think this might be the problem why my account can’t be verified?

Yes I scanned it, all pages included.

Hi @ACANTARI
Aksh here to assist you.
Based on my observations from your post, I want to provide you with a sense of direction moving forward.
We recommend you to re-check the document requirements as mentioned below:
There are certain policies that Amazon expects its sellers to follow while operating the platform, and [Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement] (https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/201190440 ) is one among them.
Please consider the below points as a requirement for the documents before a submission:
• Should be valid (not expired, revoked, or closed)
• Be high-quality, in color, and unobstructed (not angled, blurry, or cropped)
• Show the full page, it should not be a screenshot
• Display matching information (such as your ID number or name) that you use to register to sell on Amazon
• Be scanned images, or a photo taken from your mobile device’s camera (no screenshots)
• Display the full document (front and back, if applicable)
• Be less than 10MB in size
• Be in one of these formats: gif, png, jpg, pdf, and docx.
• Do not include special characters in the file name (examples: $, &, or #)
• Be authentic and unaltered
• Name and address must be visible.
• If a utility bill for the given address is not under your name, provide a utility bill associated to the address used to register, and any other supporting documents that prove you are operating from that address, even if the bill is not under your name.
• Must be issued within the last 90 days.
Important: Before submitting the documents, you need to ensure that the name and address on the document must match the information entered in Seller Central.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Regards,
Aksh.
