Saying I am ungated then not letting me list>

Got ungated on a product the other day in Samsung. It was quite an expensive product as well bought 6 for £93. Didn’t list at the time as I was busy. Just gone to list it now and it is saying I am gated but in another Samsung category I don’t understand. The original Samsung is there, although it is called $Samsung. Then when I try to list it in that one it won’t work! Anyone had this problem before?

Did you buy from a trade only supplier or another retailer ?

Are you listing on the correct asin ? By checking the EAN ?
