My 10 year + account has been deactivated due to a linked account. I have only ever had one account. They have supplied me with the name of the suspended account they say i’m linked to, and I have no clue who it is. I requestred a callback today and Amazon said it’s an account on .com. I’ve never sold on .com
They want me to prove I’m not connected to this account. This is impossible. How can you prove you aren’t connected to something?
Any help would be appreciated.

There is no update. Amazon want me to prove I’m not connected to the other account. This is impossible to do. They can’t even tell me what I need to provide to prove this, because there is nothing.
When searching this has happened to loads of sellers, and from whatI can see nobody has ever goe the account back.
There goes all my income on here.
Mediation again requires proof which is impossible to have.
My wife has secondary cancer, and as a result is unable to work. We have a young child, and now my main source of income has been taken away through no fault of my own. Due to the Royal Mail strikes destroying the christmas sales I have no money behind me. Let this be a warning to everyone what can happen. Over ten years of being a seller and it counts for nothing.

Can you tell me exactly what the link is? I have had two credit cards cloned in the past year. My info is shown on my ebay store. Someone could copy the info from their, but how could I stop that?!
