Slow Check in at Fulfillment Centre

Hello Fellow Sellers,

I’m wondering if you can help me regarding a few pallets that we have shipped into Amazon over the past 4 weeks, is anyone experiencing slower check in times that usual? We have a pallet that was shipped on the 28th of May, delivered on the 7th of June but has still not been received. Amazon do state that this process can take longer during bust periods, however, it isn’t even marked as delivered on shipping planner but still in transit

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Hello all,
I’m having the same problem mentioned above. My products were delivered to Amazon warehouse 15 days ago but shipment status does not change from “shipped” to “receiving”. Has your problem been solved?

I just started another thread about this before I found this one.

I’ve had a pallet which the POS says was delivered to XBH1 on 22nd September but the tracking on Amazon has never changed from “In transit”.

After 10 days I opened a case in which the Amazon Rep said that they had my pallet and that some pallets were being moved to secure storage locations due to a backlog.

I’ve now opened another case as it has been over a month and to investigate Amazon need a stamped BOL.

My carrier (Palletonline) are saying that they do not have a stamped BOL because the pallet was diverted to a storage location and therefore is not showing on the Amazon systems. They said that shipments held in storage (not a fulfillment centre) do not have stamped BOL’s. What they are saying makes sense. They say that once the pallet is removed from the storage and is transferred to a fulfillment centre, they will be able to provide me with a BOL.

So now I do not know if my pallet is lost, or is being held at some secure location somewhere until Amazon move it to a fulfillment centre.

In the new case, Amazon are now saying that the previous rep who told me that the pallet was at Amazon miscommunicated.

The tracking available on the Palletline website shows that the pallet was delivered on 22/9/21 complete with vehicle departure scans but because the BOL wasn’t stamped, Amazon are so far saying that I can’t claim for loss from them.
