printing barcode

hi , anyone knows how to print the GTIN barcode after purchasing from GS1, I tried PNG file to create barcode but it is not printing how it should fit my label stickers, i watch youtube video saying there are solution provider that can help manage those barcode file, why need to go to other vendor just to manage or fit to print those barcode! Every step i find it confusing.
