Product Group Approval Request - Chargers Help?
Hello, I’m pretty new to amazon I have created 2 listings on my account but I was asked for documentation to prove they were legitmate. I sumbitted all the information asked for but I am being declined. Amazon so far has refused to comment on why it is failing and i keep recieving copy and paste replies.
Anyone know how I can go about solving this problem?

Not without more info… are you providing Amazon with invoices from authorised suppliers, distributors?
Or are you sending them retail receipts or invoices from the likes of Alibaba / Aliexpress which are not going to be accepted?

You have provided a proforma invoice. Please provide an invoice reflecting the itemized list of goods purchased and the terms of sale.
The product label does not contain the manufacturer/brand owner address.
The document you have provided is not titled as Declaration of Conformity
I have sent the legitimate invoice I was given it is titled Commercial Invoice but they don’t seem to accept it.
The Product Label doesn’t contain address - This one i was unsure of because but i assume i need to add my address to the packaging?
Declaration of Conformity I have sent amazon all the documents I have recieved from the manufacturer, I have the the CE-Certificate of Compliance and Test Report.

The sale of all replacement laptop batteries and chargers on the Amazon website must meet specified certification standards. Note that Amazon may remove your selling privileges for failing to meet these standards. Hello,
I’ve been battling with amazon to get some information to why my listing are being gated. I have supplied all the documents they have asked for and spoke to various other sellers which have never had to send any documentation or only limited documentation for which i have sent the equivelent.
The only responses I get are:
"Thank you for your application to sell : Chargers.
We have again fully reviewed the documents and determined that, based on the information you provided, it does not meet our requirements.
Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we are unable to provide detailed information about this process.
We certainly understand your frustration with this decision and apologize for any inconvenience it has caused. We took this action to ensure the mutual success of our sellers and buyers on our site. Also, kindly note that as per the system functionality once an application is declined in a case we will not be able to reopen the application or approve any seller in the same application.
In this case since this application was declined, we will not be able to approve your account again in this application. This is as per automated system functionality and at this time cannot override this. We hope you can understand our limitations in this regard."
I am so confused. Both are my products are generic USB Cables which have branded with my own logo, I own all the legitimate GTIN’s and I have provideded the CE Certificate of Conformity, ROHS Certificate and a Test Report all from the original manufacturer and a Declaration of Conformity signed off by myself.
I have tried various ways of contacting seller/vendor support but they seem to just point me back to the online tool with no help.

Not quite that simple, the Declaration of Conformity also carries a liability should the product be non compliant or have any safety issues.
A properly issued Declaration of Conformity is always issued by the product’s manufacturer (or representative), importer or distributor; never by a test house or Notified Body.
The Declaration needs to be signed by someone who has the power to make binding commitments on behalf of the manufacturer, but for the Declaration to be truly meaningful the signatory should also be someone who has the authority to commit the resources required to ensure that the CE marking process is properly completed. The effect of the Declaration is to identify an individual in the company who can be held responsible if the CE marking on a product turns out to be invalid.

My understanding was if I had a product created for my company and I imported the product I assumed the roll & responsibilities of the Manufacturer. As such I needed to file my own Declaration of Compliance. I created this document using the information from the CE Certification, Test Reports and RoHS Certificate. All of which i believe to be legitimate and correct.
I have been supplied with a technical file which includes all the information about the products but I am still unable to recieve a response from amazon regarding what the issues are with the paperwork given.
