Have not been able to print out FBA shipping labels
Hi All,
First time posting here!
I have not been able to ship to Amazon FBA over the past week. I have cleared my cache, tried multiple browsers, and cleared my cookies.
On Microsoft Edge and Chrome I get this error message when I try to print shpiping labels:
This page isn’t working right now
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
HTTP ERROR 400
On Mozilla a blank page comes up.

I use Scan and Label to print all my labels, try that?

Yes, we just tried to ship packages to the FC’s we get a “This page isn’t working If the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP ERROR 400” when we go to print the label. We can enter the shipment.
Time of event 3:52pm EST. Still down 4:01pm 12/08/22

It has not been working for two days and you can’t even print the FBA label and ship by FedEX.

having the exactly the same issue since Dec 6th and tried multiple times daily since then, including delete work flow and recreating, clearing cache, other computers and etc. nothing works ;( so mad now and support has not replied for more than 24 hours
