Refund for Late Delivery - UPS - Label purchased through Amazon Labels
Customer paid $160 for overnight Saturday delivery. We paid for the label through Amazon labels (UPS Saturday delivery) and it was delivered late on Monday. Customer reached out asking for the Saturday delivery to be refunded back.
I have not found an easy way to do this. Amazon support is saying to contact UPS, UPS is saying contact Amazon as it's their account so they need to request and the refund and such refund would go back to their account. The only option on the order page is to request a refund for an UNUSED label. Obviously the label was used, just not delivered on time.

Good morning,
There is a thread from a few years ago with steps to open a claim with UPS - I recommend reading through there and see if you can replicate the steps to create a claim with UPS regarding the delayed order. Let me know if that works!

Don’t bother I’ve been through this a couple of times, at the end UPS will refund Amazon (not You) So pretty much You did all that paperwork (Work) for Them, Amazon will close every single thread You open regarding your refund.
So don’t bother UPS and Amazon is a scam when when it comes to refunds due to lost packages.
