Is there a weird glitch occuring on (all?) main listing pages for anyone else? (when click on marketplace sellers button)
Hi everyone.
This is kind of an odd topic question, but is anyone getting the same glitch where if you click on the button "New & Used from..." (a.k.a) "Sell All Buying Options" of possibly ANY product listing page, it will not open the window to show all other marketplace sellers selling the same product?
This glitch seems to have started today. I was going through my product listings and checking to see if they are active and working in the "New & Used from..." (a.k.a) "Sell All Buying Options" button marketplace section. But every time I click on the button, the marketplace section window for a split second pops up on the side of my screen, then suddenly closes and disappears automatically.
I've tried this with many random product listing pages and the same thing keeps happening on all of them. I've attempted the following below - but still the marketplace window open+close (instantly) happens:
(1) I've tested it on five different web-browsers.
(2) I've been both logged in and out of Amazon when I test the button on listing pages.
(3) I've tried resizing the page (zoom in and out).
(4) I've tried ***right-click*** Open link in new window (or) Open link in new tab.
(5) I've had Ad-Blocker / Tracker programs DISABLED in browsers.
(6) My browsing-history / cookies have been cleared.
Perhaps Amazon are messing around with their website programming code or something again I reckon. Something else that suggests this is, only a couple of days ago many images on listing pages of products I sell have became messed up. I had this problem with many of my product listings some months ago where the images just changed (FOR LITERALLY NO GOOD REASON) into other products that did not match the product listing pages. I spent weeks sending reports to Amazon to get them to fix them (and eventually they did fix them all). But now it's happening again! SIGH.

Fine for me, but i do remember something similar happening quite a few years ago for some people.

Someone else mentioned this happening to them a few days ago but it works fine for me. I suggested pop up blockers but if you have them disabled I'm out of ideas sorry.

thanks for sharing this issue on the forums and for being so precise about which possible solutions you have tried so far.
@Seller_mS10UjVYuuGor mentioned the possibility of pop-up-blockers being the problem. Have you checked if they are disabled?
Have you already reported the issue to seller support?

We have been facing the same issue for a couple of weeks now. The same problem is occurring on all computers in our office, no matter which browser we use. I also tried changing the IP address, and it suddenly started working, but unfortunately, only for one day. Can anyone help, please?
